1) the number of registered willing organ donors, transplant recipients, and waiting list with basic demographics such as age, gender, and region.
2) the number of organs donated by kind or type (heart, lung, kidney, intestine, liver, pancreas, tissue, etc.) per year
3) the number of wasted organ donated per year
4) Agencies and/or Hospitals with Organ Donation and/ or Transplantation programs
5) structure or chart of organ donation and transplantation process
