I'm a Master in Public Health student studying "Disaster Preparedness of the Municipality of Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay Province." I plan to use the DOH's Hospital Safety Index (Module 4) to assess the district hospital in Diplahan. Could you guide me on its correct usage?
Also, I'm interested in any recent Department assessments regarding the district hospital's disaster preparedness in Diplahan. Your insights are crucial to my research.
