These following information would be very helpful to our Thesis study entitled "A Healing Design For The Ilocos Sur Provincial Psychiatric Hospital":
1. To take photographic documentations of each facilities
2. List of capacities
3. List of service offered
4. Medical conditions and disorders that are accommodated and addressed
5. Number of referral patients of Region 1 and Ilocos Sur in particular.
