Good day!
I and my groupmates are students taking BS Medical Technology at the Cavite State University-Main Campus and we would like to request for Reported Cases of Centriacinar Emphysema or any Type of Emphysema in Region IV-A for our project in Biostatistics and Epidemiology. Rest assured that all the information we are requesting for and we will be granted access to will be used for academic and research purposes only.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We do not collect data on the Emphysema cases and can only provide you the FHSIS Annual report 2018 posted in DOH CALABARZON website at http://ro4a.doh.gov.ph/health-statistics/2012-programs-fhsis/fhsis-annual-report/annual-report-2018
