You asked for the 2022 Annual Hospital Statistical Reports.
Response to Request
The 2022 Annual Hospital Statistical Reports of certain Hospitals in Oriental Mindoro.
The Regulations, Licensing, and Enforcement Division (RLED) have access to the OHSRS reports of health facilities as part of the requirements for the renewal of their existing License to Operate (LTO). However, this report contains information that may be deemed sensitive such as mortality-related reports, expenditures, and income - of which we recommend that permission be solicited from the concerned health facilities as owners of the data being requested.
As assistance, we have provided the email addresses of the listed health facilities so that direct communication may be established.

Your right to request a review.
