You asked for List of Physical and Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation Centers in Region 12.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the list of Physical and Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation Centers in Region 12. However, you may coordinate with the LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS (LGUs) since those rehabilitation centers are only regulated by them and not  by the DOH.

Your right to request a review
