Magandang Hapon po sa inyo. Ako po ay si Eva Baya Monopolio na nasa Ozamiz City  na kasalukuyang nagtatrabaho po bilang Respiratory Therapist sa Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro, Sr. Medical Center po. Nais ko po sanang hilingin na kung pwede po ang sahod ng Respiratory Therapist I po ay pwede gawin ng SG 11 o higit pa dahil po ang mga bilihin ngayon ay tumataas na at yung sinasahod namin ay budget lamang po sa pagkain. Wala pa po kaming tahanan. Nais na po sana kaming magkaroon ng sariling bahay dahil kami ay nangungupahan lamang. Sana naman po ay pakinggan niyo ang aming kahilingan. Salamat po

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that FOI does not handle request for salary increment. May we ask that you directly coordinate with the management of Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro, Sr. Medical Center for this request
