Good morning. I want to request the breakdown of the total cost of the construction of a level 3 hospital to include the following.

1. Cost of the land area to house the hospital 
2. Types of medical and health care services to offer 
3. Cost of the equipment for the intended types of medical and health care services 
4. Cost of manpower to provide the intended amount and types of medical and health care service
5. Government requirements on the hospital construction and on the medical and health care services to offer (at least, the minimum requirements at the time of construction) etc.
