July 14, 2021 Dear Michelle Ylade, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 01, 2021 03:45:34 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Covid-19 vaccine coverage by age, sex and city/municipality. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We would like to inform you that the National Vaccine Operations Center (NVOC) does not generate such data for we only have reports on a regional level. For such data requests, you may inquire directly to the regional/local health offices for further assistance.
