Greetings!

My name is Mr. Rodolfo T. Serrano, Jr., a government scholar at the International University of Japan. I am currently pursuing a master study and currently conducting research on the impact of Philippine health devolution policy (i.e. of the RA 7160 of 1991) to the health outcome.

I already have FHSIS data reports as far back as 1995 but the level of disaggregation is only at the provincial and city level. Can we request municipal disaggregated data of said report? What would it take to request said data from each region?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. Please be informed that the DOH Epidemiology Bureau can only provide data until provinces only. For the request, we suggest you contact the DOH Centers for Health Development (Regional Offices) for the brgy. data needed.
