Your request You asked for The number of emergency/health cases in Central Luzon and number of reported mental health issues in Bulacan and Central Luzon from the year 2014-2018. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have some the information you have requested. About your request for emergency health cases in Central Luzon, may we ask you to write a letter of request endorsed by your school addressed to DR. GLORIA J. Cruz, Manila About your request for number of reported mental health issues in Bulacan and Central Luzon from the year 2014-2018, at present we do not have the information that you requested. There is no registry on mental health and the DOH Disease Prevention and Control Bureau is in the process of establishing a disease registry on mental health.
