Hi! I would like to request for the following documents related to National Center for Mental Health (NCHM) as the reference documents in necessary for my Architectural Thesis Research:
1. Latest Architectural Plans of NCMH (Site Development Plan, Floor Plan, Elevation Plan, Section Plan)
2. Latest Demographic Profile of Patients
a. Inpatient & Outpatient
b. Professionals (Doctors, Nurses, Psychiatrist, Psychologist)
c. Staff
3. List of Existing structure within the site and what type of building
4. List of space requirements as per each mental disorder
