Your request You asked for 2021 Audited Financial Statements. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be advised that Santa Ana Hospital and Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital are under Manila LGU while Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital is a Private Hospital and we do not have custody of their financial statements. Kindly coordinate directly with the said hospitals on this request.
