Good day,

I am Rio Marie Charlene Regala, a 5th year BS Architecture student of Technological Institute of the Philippines. I would like to request a record of the ff:

1. Prevalence Rate of Musculoskeletal Disease in the Philippines.
2. Prevalence Rate of Musculoskeletal Disease in Central and Northern Luzon
3. List of Orthopedic Centers in the Philippines.

These information will be used for my capstone thesis with working title "A Proposed Central Luzon Orthopedic Center".

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the said request is not available in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) reports. All data being collected by the FHSIS can be found at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials

We suggest to limit your study to the Philippine Orthopedic Center (POC). Should you wish to refer your request to POC, kindly send a new eFOI Request
