Hi, I am Shannine Visperas, a 5th-year architecture student, and I am currently working on my thesis project entitled: A Specialized Hospital for Cardiovascular Lingayen Pangasinan. I  am requesting a copy of the Planning and Design Guidelines for Specialized Hospital for Cardiovascular. I hope you can help me finish my project by giving me a copy. These design standards are for all health facilities. For inquiries, you may contact the Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB) at telephone number (02) 8651-7800 locals 1401-1404, 1406-1409 or email at hfdb@doh.gov.ph. You may also visit their office at Bldg. 4 San Lazaro Compound, Sta. Cruz, Manila

As part of the Philippine Health Facility Development Plan, priority specialty care were identified and DOH hospitals were assessed in order to designate willing and capable DOH Hospitals to be designated Specialty Centers. Per Department Order No. 2021-0001 Designation of Selected DOH Hospitals as Specialty Centers (bit.ly/DO20210001-SpecialtyCenters), the designated national Specialty Center for Cardiovascular Care is the Philippine Heart Center.
