You asked for Physical Rehabilitation centers in the Philippines.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not collect data on the  in-patient physical rehabilitation facilities at each of the hospitals in the National Capital Region (NCR) and in Luzon

We only have the DOH National Health Facility Registry at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the master list of health facilities in the Philippines. We request you directly coordinate with the hospitals for this request
