1.	Is it safe to do Mixing-and-Matching of Covid-19 Vaccines? Yes or No?
2.	If Yes, please provide me with complete data including extensive and comprehensive studies and clinical trials including all the probabilities in Mix-and Match of Covid-19 vaccines of all the Covid-19 vaccines in Philippines from Dose 1, Dose 2, Dose 3 and Dose 4 as well as its short term, medium term and long term effects (1 year to 30 years)to skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and the reproductive system in humans.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the Epidemiology Bureau - COVID Surveillance and Quick action unit (CSQAU) don't have information on the heterologous/cross vaccination between vaccines brands. References and literature might be available publicly from other organizations.
