Hi,

Good evening!

I am sending this FOI request with regard to your report to the public about NEW COVID CASES which is already in the news.

In this request, I would like to an information in order to see how transparent your office is when it comes to reporting these cases

Here is the information that I need:

*Out of 1,317 cases from May 23 to May 29, what is the percentage of these are vaccinated and unvaccinated which we never ever saw from your reports whenever you make it in the headlines

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested.

We regret to inform you that the DOH Epidemiology Bureau do not have vaccination status of COVID cases
