You asked for FDA approved formulation for edible cutlery.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

The FDA only registers health products as defined in RA No. 9711 and its IRR. Hence, edible cutlery and formulations of edible cutlery are not under the jurisdiction of the FDA.
