OUR  COMPLAIN  
1  THe   private  hospital  hold  the  patients  for unpaid  bills  the  patient  is  only  one month  old and  still  over  Detention  from  The   said  Hospital 

2  "An Act Prohibiting the Detention of Patients in Hospitals and Medical Clinics on the Grounds of Non- Payment of Hospital or Medical Clinics on Grounds of Non-Payment of Hospital or Medical Bills".

3  The  unlawful character  of the  employee  name  Bernal  Quines as  MBA supervisor  BCMU
