1. Recorded side effects of COVID-19 Vaccines (all brands) in the Philippines

2. The corresponding brand of the vaccine administered to the person who experienced the side effect/s

3. Age of the Vaccinated person

4. Dates when their first and second doses were given (if Janssen then one date only)

5. Sex at birth of the person

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that we do not collect the data being requested. 

All data on COVID-19 vaccines are posted in the COVID-19 vaccination dashboard at https://doh.gov.ph/vaccines
