While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the information you are requesting and ask that you coordinate with the Pangasinan Provincial Health Office at https://www.pangasinan.gov.ph/contact-us/directory/ under the Pangasinan LGU for this data

In addition, for the data you are requesting on Homeless individuals and low-income individuals. DOH does not handle these data as well and ask that you coordinate with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) on these requests
