I am writing to request information on the current Zero Open Defecation (ZOD) status of municipalities within Cebu province. Specifically, I am interested in knowing:

1. The percentage of households in each municipality with access to sanitary toilets.
2. The number of municipalities or barangay that have achieved ZOD certification at different levels (Level 1, Level 2, etc.).
