- Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Hospital
- Quirino Province Medical Center

Please be informed that we are endorsing your request to the Batanes General Hospital (BGH) for action. Kindly await for their response, thank you. While for the rest of the hospitals, we inform you that we can only refer your request to DOH Hospitals only because do not have custody of information of private and LGU Hospitals, you may always coordinate directly with other hospitals for this request.
