Your FOI request is approved. 

Attached is the data on the 2022 Diseases of the Heart as reported in the FHSIS Annual Report. Data for the previous FHSIS Annual Reports are posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as the 2023 Diseases of the Heart are not yet available and still for validation by the DOH Epidemiology Bureau
