Your FOI request is approved.

Kindly note that the Department of Health - Central Office (DOH-CO) is responsible for sub-allotting available funds to Operating units (e.g. Centers for Health Development). Subsequently, these Operating units will release the funds to health facilities within their jurisdiction,as a result, they have access to information regarding the facilities that have received HEA. In line with this, kindly coordinate with the relevant Center for Health Development (CHD) in your region, as this falls within their purview.
