You asked for Social Hygiene Clinic Facility.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that DOH does not handle guidelines for the following facilities as these are managed by each licensing division of the LGU

a. Social hygiene clinics
b. Treatment Hub
c. Primary Hub

Currently the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) provides licensing and accreditation on the health facilities at their website https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/licensing-accreditation-of-health-facilities-and-services/

We ask that you focus your study on an LGU which has these facilities
