For items #1 and #2 please be informed that we does not have the custody of the floor plans of San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation and Philippine General Hospital, as these are not DOH Hospitals.
For Item #3, please be informed that we have endorsed your request to Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB) for action. Kindly await for their response.

Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
Please see attached Annex A for the table containing the Estimated Standard Budgetary Requirements for 300 bed, 400 bed and 500 bed Level 3 Government Hospitals. Specifically, the estimate includes needed Personnel Services (PS) referring to salaries, and Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE).
For clarifications on the matter, please contact the DOH Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB) at telephone number (02) 8651-7800 local 1401 or email at hfdb@doh.gov.ph
Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have custody of the floor plans of San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation and PGH (Philippine General hospital). We ask that you directly coordinate with these hospitals for this request
