Through the Field Health Service Information System (FHSIS), we would like to inform you that we cannot provide the requested data on causes of morbidity and common diseases in the Municipality of Balingasag since we can only receive provincial level morbidity data. We recommend to coordinate with
the Municipal Health Office of Balingasag at rhubalingasag@yahoo.com.ph to assist you with the data request. However, we are providing
you the notifiable diseases on PIDSR report from 2020 to 2023.
