For the floor plan and design of hospital, may we refer you the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/licensing-accreditation-of-health-facilities-and-services/ and the Issuance of the DOH Permit to Construct (PTC) at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/581-2/
