I am Blossom Faith O. Casado,  a student at The Technological Institute of the Philippines, On behalf of my groupmates, who are conducting Research for Design 8 on the Proposed Polytraumatic Rehabilitation Center of Victoriano Luna Medical Center. 

As a part of our research, we the researchers, would like to request the following documents: 

1. The master plan of V. Luna Medical Center
2. Comprehensive Land use plan of Quezon City
3. Zoning ordinance of Quezon City
4. Any additional data or information that will help the study

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we regret to inform you that V. Luna Medical Center is a private hospital and we do not have custody of the information requested. Kindly coordinate directly with  V. Luna Medical Center for her request

Your right to request a review
