Your request You asked for Field Health Service Information System. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance our FHSIS Unit does not have any more disaggregation for the National FHSIS Reports since the data reflected in the FHSIS reports posted in the DOH website (https://www.doh.gov.ph/publications/serials) are the same data coming from the regional and provincial reporting units. As per your request for the 2017 FHSIS Report, may we inform you that the 2017 data is still undergoing validation and the target release of FHSIS 2017 Report is still around August. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C. David, Chair of Data Governance Oversight Committee/ DOH Central Appeals and Review Committee, at medata.gov.doh@gmail.com .Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
