Hello! I have seen that you are monitoring the Food and Waterborne disease cases. However, the data available only are only by Region. Would you have it by Municipality? 

A monthly data from the earliest year to present is preferred. Thank you!

You may coordinate with the DOH Centers for Health Development (CHD) for municipal data by contacting them directly.
