Good day! I would like to request for information regarding:

1.) Prevalent and incident cases for Alzheimer’s disease in the Philippines per region 
from 2000 to 2022.

2.) Mortality rate for Alzheimer’s disease patients from 2000 to 2022.

3.) Average life span of patients with Alzheimer’s disease.

4.) List of facilities or hospitals that offers treatment for Alzheimer’s disease.

5.) Statistics of professionals registered under DOH tending to this case per region.

6.)  Government projects or programs with regards to the Alzheimer’s disease cases.

You may use the draft terminal report of the National Survey for Mental Health and Wellbeing (NSMHW), as reference. Despite not having consolidated hospital data in the country, this household survey provides a picture of mental health including dementia or Alzheimer's disease disaggregated per region.
