While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

The data on item number one can be sourced from the Professional Regulation Commission while the answer to the second question can be obtained from the Philippine Pharmacists Association. Kindly coordinate with the Professional Regulation Commission and Philippine Pharmacists Association

The FDA is not involved in any of the items being requested.
