Hi si leomar carlet po ito, may problem po ako regarding sa vaccine certificate po, yung 2nd dose ko po ay walang encode pero nakapag pa-vaccine na ako ng 2nd dose ko. And date po ng vaccination ko ay 10/22/2021, pfizer, lot no. 310608D, ang vaccinator name ko po ay si Faith joy T. Salameda RN, lic no. 0453307, sa carmona cavite health center po ito ginawa ang vaccination, sana po ay ma encode po ito sa online vaccination certificate ko, maraming salamat po
