Good day po, ano po Ang gagawin ko pag nawala Ang vaccine Card ko po diko namalayan na laglag Pala sa bag ko habang na sa biyahe at without pictures of my vac card pero I tried vac-cert ph but not in the record po. Sorry for the inconvenience po pero needed po kasi nang work na ina apply ko Ngayon. Salamat po, God bless.

with the LGU where you received your
vaccination as their office shall verify your record
prior to the issuance of a new vaccination card.
