List of Active/Licensed Drug Stores in the Philippines

Requested from DOH by A. Aparato at 01:29 PM on May 21, 2019.
Purpose: Research and Statistical Analysis
Date of Coverage: 01/01/2019 - 05/21/2019
Tracking no: #DOH-898315018103

Aparato 01:29 PM, May 21, 2019

Hi!

I would like to request for a list of drugstores/pharmacies in the Philippines to possibly include the following information:

1. Region and City - to allow us to segregate data by location.
2. FDA License Number, and validity date, if any
3. Name of the store
4. Exact Address
5. Operating Hours

I will need it to complete a statistical analysis of the access of families to drugstores in relation to their location; and its ratio to the population of the barangay/city.

Regards,
Anna Rose Aparato
