Hello po! Nangangailangan lang po kami ng kunting tulong or kahit anong tulong po para sa gamutan at transplant ng kapatid ko po. Nilapitan na po at ginawa na namin lahat ei. Napakabata niya pa po. Di na po namin alam ang gagawin.

You asked for Financial assistance for Heart transplant.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
          - Natanggap po namin ang inyong hiling na tulong medikal/pinansyal. Amin pong ipinababatid na ang Malasakit Program Office (dating Public Assistance Unit ng Department of Health) ay hindi na po nagbibigay ng Guarantee Letter (GL) o Referral Letter (RL). Ang lahat po ng aplikasyon para sa tulong medikal ay kasalukuyang pinoproseso sa mga ospital sa ilalim ng Kagawaran ng Kalusugan o Department of Health (DOH).

Upang ang inyong kahilingan ay matugunan, maari po tayong mag tungo mismo sa mga DOH o LGU hospitals na may Malasakit Center. Maari rin po kayong makipag-ugnayan sa mga nasabing pasilidad sa pamamagitan ng telepono o email. Suriin lamang ang kalakip na file at link sa baba para malaman ang mga listahan ng pasilidad na may Malasakit Centers.
