Hi! I would like request the following:
1. Total number of breast cancer patient
2. Total number of survival patient of breast cancer
3. The total years of suffering of breast cancer
4. Personal information of Breast Cancer Patient (Like age, address, martial status, occupation)

I am graduating student of CLSU with a course of Bachelor of Science in Statistics. The requested data will use for the Special Problem (research) which is for final requirement for graduation.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that Premiere Hospital is not a DOH Hospital and a private hospital, hence, we do not have custody of the requested information. We ask that you directly coordinate with Premiere Hospital for this data request.
