Good day! I am Eunice C. Rosario, a 5th year student from University of Santo Tomas College of Architecture. I am currently conducting my research focused on individuals aged 60 and above.

In line with this, I would like to know the:
1. Number of Admitted & Discharged patients (aged 60 and above) in Caloocan City
2. Total number of Annual Patients (aged 60 and above) in Caloocan City

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Caloocan Health Department under the City Government of Caloocan at http://caloocancity.gov.ph/ for this information.

We only have the list of DOH accredited health facilities posted at the DOH health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau website at http://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/. We do not collect data on the number of admitted and discharged patients.
