Hello po good evening. Gusto ko po sana manghingi ng referral letter sa inyo na pwede po ako makahingi ng medical assistance sa Office of the Vice President. Ang kulang ko na lang po ay bank details ng hopital kung saan naconfine ang aking Papa. Ayaw po magbigay ng Christ the King Unihealth Las Pinas ng bank details nila. Sana po ay mabigyan niyo po ako ng referral letter. Thank you po.
