Hello po magandang umaga! narito po ang detalye at eksaktong email na naipapadala ko sa Bereau of Quarantine at sa Cebu Mactan at sa OWWA regarding sa pangalawang resulta ng PCR test na hinihintay ng asawa ko na kasalukuyang pang siyam na araw na sa cebu naka quarantine . sna ay makuha nila ng maaga ngaun araw ang 2nd result at makapag book na at makauwi na dto sa amin sa rizal . samalat po !

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be informed that test results may not be requested from and released through the FOI portal as this constitutes a violation of the Data Privacy Act. Release and dissemination of the requested results is prohibited because it contains personal information of patients not for public consumption.

For follow ups regarding the results of swab tests, the testing center which conducted the swabbing would be the appropriate office to address this request.
