1.) Design Manual, space requirement and equipment needed for the following laboratories
- Microbiology Laboratory
- Parasitology Laboratory
- Immunology Laboratory
- Aerobic Bacteriology Laboratory

Visit the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at 
https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/clinical-laboratory/ for the licensing and accreditation requirements for clinical laboratory
 
Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have  this specific manual for Microbiology Laboratory
- Parasitology Laboratory, Immunology Laboratory and Aerobic Bacteriology Laboratory
