Good day to all;
I would like to request for financial and medical assistance for my brother's surgery and hospital bills. He has been confined at the hospital since Dec. 5, 2023 because of comminuted fractures in his sacrum zone 1,2 and 3.He needs implant surgery to have a chance to sit and walk again.

Response to Request
We have received your request for medical/financial assistance. We would like to inform you that the Malasakit Program Office (formerly the Public Assistance Unit of the Department of Health) no longer provides a Guarantee Letter (GL) or Referral Letter (RL). All applications for medical assistance are currently processed at hospitals under the Department of Health (DOH).
For your request to be met, we can go directly to the DOH or LGU hospitals that have Malasakit Centers. You can also contact the said facilities by phone or email. Just check the attached file and link below to find out the list of facilities with Malasakit Centers.
