Hi, I would like to request for information regarding:
1.) The number of vaccinated people in each cities in Metro Manila (Manila, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Pasig, Quezon City, San Juan, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Las Pinas, Makati, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Pasay, Pateros, Taguig)
2.) The cities with low vaccine rate in Metro Manila due to the shortage of vaccinators
3.) The breakdown of personnel (doctor, nurse, pharmacist, etc.) in each cities in Metro Manila
4.) The number of registered pharmacists in each cities in Metro Manila

I refer to my letter of Sep 16, 2023 08:48:33 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Vaccination rate in Metro Manila.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
On item 1 on The number of vaccinated people in each cities in Metro Manila (Manila, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Pasig, Quezon City, San Juan, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Las Pinas, Makati, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Pasay, Pateros, Taguig). We would like to ask you to specify which age group of vaccinated people and type of vaccination data that you need? We currently provide vaccination for children (DPT, MMR, OPV vaccine), senior citizen vaccine (Pneumococcal vaccine) and COVID vaccination.
