I am a 5th year architectural student who desires to complete a capstone project about Mental Health Facility
The purpose of the study is to provide additional access and to expand the availability of mental health facilities within Rizal and Region IV-A, with a focus on addressing the overcrowding issues at the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) and the lack of facilities within the area.

1. According to data released from NCMH, Calabarzon is the 2nd highest region in terms of mental health concerns. In light of this information, do you believe that building a dedicated mental health facility within the Calabarzon region would be beneficial to address the mental health needs of the community effectively?
2. What kind of support or collaboration, if any, could we expect from NCMH to ensure the success of this initiative?
