Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Calapan City Health Office at telephone number (043) 2882408 and Calapan City Health and Sanitation Department at telephone number (043) 2885619 for this request. DOH does not collect health data on the City level and we suggest you coordinate with Calapan CHO, which is under the LGU
