Good day! We, the employees of HMC, inc. would like to complain that our HR is still not successful uploading the list of employees in the HEAPS since the start of the pandemic up until now. HR does not seem cooperative regarding this. I am speaking in behalf of the more than a hundred employees of HMC, inc in the frontline during COVID. Where can we complain regarding this matter?
We are constantly in contact with the HR regarding this. HR said they need to reapply whatever was uploaded because there are personnel that was not inlcuded.Now they said they are waiting for the appeal to be aprv

Can we kindly request a report from the CHD after the memo?
In my opinion, the failure to upload in the HEAPS is not about our HR office lacking the knowledge.
HEA are benefits given to frontliners who are still on duty during the most uncertain time of our lifetime.
All we want is the successful uploading of the names who are illegible and I believe its part of HRs Job.
