Hi good day!

I would like to follow-up the status of my pending vaccination certificate request please with  no. 1641653 - Bacolod City. I requested this last Sept. 2022 but until now the status was still open. I kept on sending emails for follow-up but I got no replies as well. 

I will be using this certificate for international travel.
Hope you can get back to me asap.

You asked for Updated Vaccination Certificate.

Response to Request

Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.

Don't worry, I already contacted Agent 178 from the Vaxcert Team and requested for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. Please expect her to call you on your phone number or you can call them at (02) 8651-7800 local 2432.
